As an attorney, Jeff has fought for justice by taking on tough cases and upholding the rule of law. He has defended our nation’s farmers, oil and gas producers, and law enforcement officers. As a businessman and entrepreneur, Jeff has managed large teams, created high-paying jobs, and positioned companies for greater success.
Today, Jeff serves as Oklahoma’s Secretary of Energy and Environment, where he’s advancing President Trump’s vision to unlock Oklahoma’s energy potential, fight attacks by radical environmentalists, and cut burdensome regulations.
His commitment to public service began early in his career when he clerked for a federal district court judge and served as an aide to the Republican Chairman of the United States Senate Armed Services Committee. He’s a graduate of Wake Forest University, holding a law degree and a bachelor’s degree in political science.
Jeff is a devoted husband to Sally and a proud father of two daughters. He’s actively involved in his church and the Oklahoma community, leading nonprofits that support science education and the arts, and offering trusted legal and business advice to local organizations.
Now, Jeff is running for Oklahoma Attorney General to be the people’s protector, bringing his legal, business, and public service experience to defend the Constitution and protect the Oklahoma way of life.

As a father of two daughters and a firm believer in the sanctity of life, Jeff Starling knows that every life is precious. He believes life begins at conception and will be a strong advocate for the unborn, ensuring Oklahoma remains one of the most pro-life states in the country.
The Chinese Communist Party is actively working to undermine America through intellectual property theft, by fueling the fentanyl crisis that’s devastating Oklahoma’s communities, and by propping up illegal marijuana grow houses that continue to occupy lands across rural Oklahoma. Jeff Starling will target fentanyl traffickers, crack down on foreign influence operations, and ensure Oklahoma is never a safe haven for activity linked to the Chinese Communist Party.
Illegal immigration threatens the safety of Oklahoma’s communities. As Attorney General, Jeff Starling understands that he serves as the people’s protector. He will take decisive action to stop criminal illegal migrants from entering our state and work closely with ICE and immigration enforcement to keep Oklahoma’s streets safe and secure.

Jeff Starling’s campaign for Oklahoma Attorney General announced today that it raised $604,000 in the third quarter, setting a new state record for the largest initial fundraising quarter by an Attorney General candidate in Oklahoma history.
